In xishuangbanna, there are many different snakes living in forest. Normally it is difficult to see them, because when they hare you , they will go away quickly.But, there is one kind of poisonous snake will wait for you to take a photo. they called "green bamboo leave" in Chinese, belong to viperidae snake. It is more activity in rainy day. Its head is triangular shape, living on frog, lizards, birds and small mammals. I will try to take more snake photos in the future.

These snakes are green and poisonous, they are so green as green grass or leaves.

It is no poisonous snake but violent. If it is frightened, it is possible to attack people. So try to be friendly to this kind of snakes, they will be friendly to you as well. It like to eat mouse and birds.
